1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• UPI & Digital Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

• Net Banking (Major banks supported)

 

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

• COD is currently unavailable.

 

3. Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

• No, the payment method cannot be changed once an order is placed.

• You can cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one with your preferred payment method.

 

4. Is my payment information secure?

• Yes, we use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your transactions.

• We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party providers.

 

5. How do I request a refund, and how will I receive it?

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Once your return is approved, refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days.

 

6. What should I do if the amount is deducted but the order was not placed?

• In rare cases, if your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed:

• Wait 15–30 minutes for the payment to reflect.

• Check your email for a confirmation.

• If still not received, contact our customer support with payment proof.
