Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

• Returns are only accepted within the specified return window i.e 5 working days.

• If the product is damaged or defective, please initiate a return request with images.

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• We currently do not offer exchange.

• Log in to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section.

• Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.

• Pack the item securely in the received cloth bag and shipping bag and process the request.

• You can track your return status in the ‘My Orders’ section under Return Requests.

• You will also receive email/SMS updates regarding the return process.

• Yes, you can return multiple items from the same order in a single return request.

• If you have ordered multiple items, you can return a single item separately.

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.• No, refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

• If the original payment mode is unavailable (e.g., expired card), please contact our support team for assistance.

• If you receive a damaged product or the brand tag is missing, report & return it immediately i.e within 5 days .

• Attach images of the damaged product for verification.
